Nigel Fletcher is Conservative Councillor for Eltham North ward in the London Borough of Greenwich. He was first elected at a by-election in February 2005, and re-elected at the Borough elections in May 2006. He is currently Opposition Spokesman for Culture and Olympics. He works as a political adviser, and is the founder of the Opposition Studies Forum (www.oppositionstudies.com)
